Coaching isn't therapy. It's not advice. And it's not someone telling you what to do. You already know more than you think. Coaching helps you act on it.

I work with people who have done significant inner work and are frustrated that nothing has really changed. Whether it’s career decisions, relationships, or just the daily experience of being stuck in the same loop, we work on the space between understanding yourself and actually living differently. My approach is direct, warm, and specific to you.
