What is life coaching?
Coaching is about forward motion. While therapy often focuses on understanding where your patterns come from, coaching is about what you do with that understanding. If you already have plenty of self-awareness but your life hasn't caught up with it yet, coaching helps you close that gap.

Coaching is a space where you get honest about what's actually in the way and start practicing a different response. It's collaborative, it's grounded, and it's built around your life, not a formula.
Coaching isn't therapy. It's not advice, and it's not someone telling you what to do. You already know more than you think. Coaching helps you act on it.
The coaching I offer
I work with people who are ready for more but keep getting in their own way. Whether that's a pattern that won't quit, a decision they can't make, or a persistent feeling that something needs to shift, I help them get honest about what's actually happening and start moving differently. My style is direct and compassionate in equal measure. As an ICF certified coach with a background in communication, I blend reflective inquiry and practical tools so you don't just leave with clarity, you leave with something to actually do with it.
